Great location and wonderful staff

Location is just outside of the train station and the Saitama Super Arena. Perfect for any event here. The staff is wonderful and helpful. The restaurants and convenience store located on site are really good and offer a great variety. Room was spacious enough for me and very comfortable.

Very Good

Location is very good as it is just minutes walk from a huge shopping malls and plenty of restaurants options. The hotel didnt have any sign showing the hotel 's name, we have to ask and go round the building for so many times before we found the entrance. As we drive to there and in the hotel website it shows that parking is available and didnt mention about reservation for parking is needed. So when we arrived, no parking available for us and we have to park to nearby shopping mall and it costed us 6800 Yen for overnight parking. We feel very upset about this arrangement.

Parking as it didnt mention about reservation is needed for parking. We have to pay to park to in other parking site. Difficult to find the hotel, no sign to show the name of the hotel from outside

Wonderful

Within walking distance from Saitama Shintoshin Station, bus terminal to Narita airport, Cocoon City, Yodobashi Camera, restaurants, etc. The staffs are good in English, friendly and helpful. The room is quite nice as well.

The breakfast dining hall is in the lobby. Would be better if they have a proper dining place with nice view over the train station.

The staff was excellent polite and helpful And breakfast was very good. The room was ok. Even the toilet at the reception was beyond expectations. The room is very quiet.

Satisfyingly worth it :)

Like no other. The rooms are larger and so are the bathrooms. The place is clean and the breakfast buffet is very nice. The location is a winner as it is right at the mouth of the Saitama Shintoshin Station which is one ride away to Tokyo. It is also right beside the Saitama Arena with the Gold’s Gym in it and the Cocoon City Malls. The staff speak english and there is a convenience store, an italian restaurant, and a bakery! The price is top decent! Not unreasonably priced. Also there is about the vibe of the entire surrounding which made me feel so calm. Like whatever you need will be available and you never have to worry. Kudos to the staff!

Great customer service, excellent location

I was able to check earlier that was wonderful. I stayed extra 2 hours for small fees as well. Great breakfast. I was kind of sick so very happy to see porridge on menu. The room and bathroom were very small. No onsen or big bath options like hotels in Omiya

Great location and service staff

Location is awesome as it is just minutes from the Saitama Super Arena, and it is surrounded by a few huge malls nearby and plenty of food options. The room itself was really comfortable equipped with a long table and chair next to the window, comfy big bed and has sufficient space for myself and my medium luggage + lots of shopping stuff. The TV is a smart TV and the screen is huge as well. Service staff are very courteous and helpful and their breakfast was good! Thank you!

Maybe just the few hair strands on bed and in the toilet, and also a bit of dirt in the toilet that put me off a little, and also the lack of light at the door entrance (it felt scary to hang my clothes just because it was so dark ), but other than these all is great.

Besides the position, the staffs, not only for receipt also for the room makers, were carefully caring the travelers.

The perfect point is the position near by the station and SAITAMA Super arena. Good for travelers especially carrying with heavy luggage.

Need to pay for the laundry detergent.

Perfect location, great hotel with exceptional service.

Fantastic hotel and really good value for money. I liked the comfortable bed and pillows, the attentive and welcoming staff and the varied breakfast - I loved that they use non-sugar yogurt and offer lots of vegetables, this was made my choice easier. I was really surprised by how good this hotel was. Also, the location was perfect - I needed to be in a conference at the nearby Saitama arena and it was walking distance to it and also to lots of restaurants and shops in the nearby area.

I wish they had a direct elevator from the station level to the guest rooms- unfortunately you have to change elevators at the lobby floor.

Convenient to the stadium (right next door) and to odiyama station. Friendly staff. We booked for an event at the stadium, which was perfect.

Location & room size—I would not have selected this location unless I wanted to be close to the stadium.

Location was great and very accessible. The room is not too big but comfortable for 2-3 luggage bags, depending on the size. Bathroom was spacious and the shampoo was very nice.
